Whispers of a forgotten man
breathed through the skies today
Memories of a cherished man
died in the gentle breezes sway

A guiding dark once held so dear
has been left so far behind
But none are crying in the bright
so there is nothing to remind

Compassions voice reached for me
and entrapped me in it's arms
It's soothing sound encirled me
and kept me safe from harms

No matter what or when or how
You should never give up the fight
For what was once lost can be found
In the glimmer of hope's light
