The woman with silver hair

Once there was a young woman fair
With sun-kissed skin and silver hair
She came upon a page of green
A message at first that went unseen
Reading the words by a shimmering pool
The waters did sparkle like a jewel
A mist it rose and formed into shape
Those with the woman could do naught but gape
As a chalice the mist did form and fill
From the Lord of Seasons by his good will

Soon the woman she came to seeing
How to rid the world of an evil being
With hope for the city for which she did care
The woman with shimmering silver hair
Did challenge the Lich who soul did cry
For vengeance against those who in his eye
Did thwart his plans for power and glory
And chose to write a different story

The woman she came with force in time
That it will be recorded in story and rhyme
For they did fall upon their foe
Who threw up his hands in wails of woe
For as the chalice was revaled
The ground opened up and his fate was sealed
