The End of the Spider

Written by: Tiger of Kai, Anarion Reopev, Taekyon Lord

Once a spider lived in a home,
Not a normal spider, one warranting a poem.
This spider had no venom with which to slay,
Instead using others to catch her prey.

She started small, smile so sweet,
Hardly a villain, should her, one meet.
A silver tongue, and time though,
Showed her true nature, as her web did grow.

Soon a room in the home she had taken,
Thinking she'd taken it all, quite mistaken.
For, the other creatures soon became crowded,
And seeing her behavior, the spider's quality was doubted.

A tiger strong, temper so short,
A beautiful bird, willing to retort.
A fox, passionate in her cries,
All united, after numerous ties.

Now seeing all caught in the web so large,
The predators knew a punishment must be harsh.
So a course was set, for the room in the back,
Ready now for a vicious attack.

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Bellum, in the year 446 AD.
