He brushed the rain from her face
He made her feel beautiful
He always came back for more

She was broken, a girl with dark clouds in her head
She felt loved, but was insecure
She held his promise in her hand

He lingered like a shadow in her thoughts
He kissed away her tears
He always came back for more

She was captivated, a girl with sunshine in her head
She held onto hope for so long
She forgot how her heart gets torn

His kiss swept her off her feet
He lifted her childish fears
And...
She always came back for more

Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Artificium, in the year 452 AD.
