That kiss, it was the winning
Many tried, and many failed
Now your gentle lips prevailed

It was that dance, so sweetly spinning
Beneath that starry sky and shining moon
Your strong arms wrapped 'round me
That dance, it brought me closer to you.

Your loving touch, in dead of night
Lying together by the soft firelight
Your sparkling eyes smiling down at me.
With your touch, you recieved the key.

Now my days are filled with joy
Each day bringing new wonder.
Your kiss, your touch, your sweet whispered words.
Now commonplace, and yet still treasured by me.
