You hurt my feelings when I need uplifting

Many times I've realised just how much I care
Many times I've realised how hard I've fallen
Many times I've realised I've lost my head
Many times I've realised you have my heart
Many times I've realised what I've become
Nothing without you
Crying without your words
Losing without your soul
