Ok this is only a starter poem, and i realise that many probably think
it isnt any good so I will welcome any criticism. Im not the greatest
poetry writer and never expected to be

War

So many bodies around me,
So many lives are lost.
The rise to power heavy,
But really, why the cost?

Heads on pikes, standing at the gates.
Hard earned funds cut short.
Tehir cunning plans and raids,
We all will try to thwart.

Cities versus cities,
War does take its toll.
But complete and utter conquest,
Is always thew enemy's goal.

Lovers amongst those killed.
There will always be the pain.
Even when fought,
Beneath the pouring rain.

War may never cease,
Many will continue to be hurt.
Will this end in Dis,
Or six feet beneath the dirt.

Ok thats it, like i said criticism is welcome, just send me a msg or
something, How this looks i dont know, im still not very good with news
posts.
Thank you for reading it.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Fas, in the year 482 AD.
