My love

They all plead with me to stop
Say that if I love you
I'll leave you alone
But don't you see?
Eol is right
You're trapped
Surrounded by enemies
Who would have you cage up your heart
Chain yourself to a man
Who will never set you free
He says that he loves you
That your hearts beat as one
But I cannot
And I will not
Ever believe this
My heart beats for you
My soul sings for yours
Set yourself free
Break the chains that bind
I will be here to soothe you
You will never be alone again
I promise you

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Vita, in the year 483 AD.
