Inside a dream, when the heavens fall,
The scope of mind, confined to the ground below,
Looking up, into the blue crystal ball,
Our ray is again caught by the river's flow.

Inside a dream, inside my life, my mind,
In a sudden split, halves no longer entwined,
This perception, that we share and know,
Bipolar by nature, it now drags us all below.

Our hazy Sight, guided by a reflection,
Luminous stones seen in every direction,
Once caught in the river's flow, I found,
These stones are bound into the heavy ground.

Inside this dream, with our vision locked down,
To a hastened reality, this river keeps us bound,
This eerie perception, is fastened by the flow,
We are not hindered, our gestures are never slow.

In this illusion, I find myself forever held,
In the river of Time, in its fantastic perfection.
An endless introspection, keeping me compelled..
Oh, the irony.. Frozen still to sit in protection.
