What dusted quills are lifted,
Hastened in a muted curiosity
Obliquely held in slender, pale hands

Ardent words upon the page,
Rarely found these days,

Yielding to the tugged, inconvenient inquisitiveness of ones own to
Offer a leadless reply
Ultimately, one rather unoriginal.

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Fas, in the year 543 AD.
