I try to write of these things
Express the best of what I know
What experience has show me the worst of
And now I learn by faith

Sight no longer leads me
Touch no longer teaches
I've closed my head to harm
Silently, now I am learning

Once I was taught lessons of regret
Lessons of anger, hate, and blight
And now with strength I learn to forigve
To walk by faith not sight
