-*-Official Contract of Alliance between the Empire of Stavenn and the
Saboteurs guild-*-

I. There will be no act of aggression between a citizen of Stavenn and
the Saboteurs, period.
II. All Saboteurs enemied to Stavenn will be unenemied
all Stavennites enemied to the Saboteurs will be unenemied.
III. It is understood that the citizens of Stavenn will be called upon
as a strongarm in defense of the Saboteurs against the Idras.
IV. The Saboteurs will be allowed wormholes outside Stavenn only, these
wormholes will not be tampered with by any citizens of Stavenn.
- Exception, if it is determined that wormholes are being abused,
including, but not limited to rogue Saboteurs, this priviledge will be
revoked.

In return, the Saboteurs agree to the following:

1--All Stavennites may obtain all legal toxins at half the market rate.
2--One shop in Stavenn, owned by a Stavennite, will be allowed to sell
toxins at the full rate.
3--The Saboteurs guild will make a donation of 25,000 gold to Stavenn
upon finalization of this contract.

-*-Let it be understood, that this half cost on toxins is intended
-only- for Stavennites. If a citizen is caught supplying for others
outside of the Empire, expect to face the consequences.

Consequences for breaking the agreements set forth above:

I. First Offense will result in Beheading and GM or Imperator disfavour,
as fitting the situation.
II. Second Offense will result in Beheading and a full Council disfavour
(GM or Imperator and all Secretaries or Ephors, as fitting the
situation)
III. Third Offense ousting from the Saboteurs guild or Stavenn, as
fitting the situation

The appointed Liason for the Saboteurs guild is Galador, and myself,
Ravven, for the Empire of Stavenn. Feel free to direct any inquiries
about this contract of alliance to either of us.

This contract is official and binding as of the 5th day of Tenebrae, in
the year 437 AD.
