Suggestion for the Accused Man.

Suggestion-

Form a panel of 4 adjudicators - half male, half female - None should be
from the Ilaferi and none should be from the Wardens. Put the man on
trial and conduct a formal hearing. The following should be decided:

1.Penalty
2.Punishment

No one wants a rapist to be on the loose. Just because he's attacked
females thus far, doesn't mean he won't hurt men as well. Do you want
your children out on the street with a man who admits he's raped several
women?

We're all adults here, stop with the insults. Do we let the sick bastard
out on the streets? Or do we do something about it, like adults?

Let the panel decide -IF- in fact he really is guilt or if he is not - a
fair panel. A panel with individuals who are unbiased and nonaligned can
decide his fate.

Agreement between the Wardens and Ilaferi should be given, stating that
whatever is decided on the Panel will be acceptable to both sides.

We all know, letting a rapist on the loose is not going to be the
answer. The Ilaferi say he admits to raping women, if this is true, it
will be heard from the man himself.
