The Arboreals were created to foster the relationships between its
members and Nature, and these skills were a result of that relationship,
not the guild itself. Therefore, those who are not a part of the guild,
but still possess this relationship would logically still possess the
abilities that resulted from it. If Fedith believes that the guild has
lost its way and no longer serves the same purpose as it used to, then
it would be sensible of her to abandon that vestige of her life. The
same goes for any others who this applies to.

If you'd like to gain the participation of more of your guild, though,
assure them that the Prince of Flames is after Dun Valley, not Khandava.
It will make a world of difference.
