Greetings, Icarius

I come before all of Aetherius this day to charge Antioch with looking
the other way in regards to murder of Magick users. A couple months ago,
at the Spring, Cander attacked me for the use of magick in his view. I
died, of course, being unprepared for such. When I was whole again, I
proceeded to do the exact same thing, not to be deterred by a thug such
as him. He attacked me again, and died the next five times doing so. In
the course of events, Sinahr and Damarius also became involved. Sinahr
died twice for her attacks, and Damarius ran. Just this month, Judicius
attacked and slew me when I exited the arena based upon what he had
heard as my 'unfounded' attacks against Sinahr and Cander and he decided
to take revenge for them, where no revenge was ever necessary, as I did
not initiate those attacks. Judicius later died himself as a result of
this.

You and I have discussed Antioch having a multidude of views towards
Magick and those who use it. This is directed towards those who wish to
slay Magickers for no reason other than our chosen path and the wielding
of such Magick: Do not continue in your course of events. I, for one,
will NOT stand for this bias against my kind, and any such attack
against myself, or any of my bretheren will result in hostilities. Take
this as your warning, City of the Sands. I do not wish for there to be
bloodshed, but I will defend my right to use Magick in a peaceful manner
where I wish to, outside of your city, of course, as that is your
perrogative to ban it. Though, I do not believe that is right, either.
