To Stavenn, the Ilaferi and the Noctusari, as well as others concerned:

An apology on behalf of the Taekyon. Of late, I have been gone, fighting
a bloody, and most disgusting war in defense of the lands of my birth
against hoards of large, unpleasant ogres. In my time away, it seems
things have happened which are not at all becoming of those of Manoa.

As of this time, unless within a state of direct, finalized, and fully
understood state of War, wrench shall no longer be used as a means to
send a Non-Taekyon into another guildhall, or enemy city. Also, Taekyon
shall no longer shall be engaging in meaningless combat outside of the
arena.

It has taken time, but the Taekyon are now realizing our place in the
world.

We are pawns of no one, and we shall not use our Telepathic gifts to
soil the land in the blood of wars that are senseless.

That being said, I request all hostilities be dropped towards the
Taekyon who have done nothing to these groups. There are a few Monks who
know what is coming, and will defend themselves eagerly should you
attack.

For now though, I offer a branch of peace to all those who have been
wronged, despite personal feelings towards said groups. If burned, I
shall revoke my attempts at bettering my guild, and shall allow them to
spill as much blood as is needed to get the point across.
