Antioch - The Amusement Park

Greetings, My name is Ilsabet. You probably don't know me, but I'm here
to inform you that there's nothing wrong with Antioch. In fact, I quite
enjoy it here. You see, there is a woman named Bina who is blind that
teaches people. She also warns the citizens of this unbearably hot city
about not getting set on fire by the inferno at the Demon's Gate. Well,
she better stick to teaching and tending her garden, because I just
doused that fire moments ago. Now I'm about to have a fun time riding
around the city on my Ouroboros.
