Stavenn and the Bards

Hail Aetherius

This day I, Lord Juganothion Gazali met with Lady Olivet Kith'Vahni to
discuss the status of the treaty held between Stavenn and the Bards. The
original spirit of the treaty will be maintained, as a non-aggression
agreement between the Bards and the Imperium. The Duchy of Kinsarmar
will no longer benefit from the diplomatic agreement between Stavenn and
the Bards.
