Sketches, and confusions

Just to reiterate a few things.

Until your guild talks to us, only Journeyman class sketches are
available. Bards may sell or not sell at their discretion, and they may
charge more if they like. The prices are bare minimums.

Since it was unclear, Stavennite Citizens and Bardic Enemies can not
purchase sketches. This is in accordance with previous, and current,
treaties with Stavenn and Bards, which ban combative goods.

Guild leaders are highly encouraged to contact I, Olivet, or Mathiu
rapidly, if they would like to attain higher grades of sketches for
their guilds. More Praesul-Grade sketches, the highest grade possible,
will be added once we have decided which ones are not deemed too
volitile for the general public.

As stated, anyone who uses a sketch against a Bard will be banned from
future purchases of sketches, and may be enemied at our discretion. This
does include arena's for the moment, although we may revoke this rule
for Arenas -only- in the future, depending on several factors.
