Celidon's Jurisdiction

The assigned boundaries under the protection and jurisdiction of the
Council of Celidon are as follows: All lands north and northeast of the
Nogba Wetlands comprise the northern-most boundary of Council lands. The
beaches near the sovereign city of Kinsarmar comprise the eastern
boundary which stretches northwards to the Dardanic plains and the Reate
Forest. South of the sovereign city of Kinsarmar our boundaries fan out
to the ruins of Caanae. From Caanae west, the boundaries dip to Stavenn
and include the Modin and Ravana Valley. Our protection extends to any
new areas plotted within these coordinates.

That is taken straight out of Celidon's Charter which was created
directly after our Council was formed, so I hope you can see why I am so
amused? I have no idea what you're talking about when you so casually
state that they are under Stavenn's control. Since when? Not any period
that I can recall, that's for sure.

Regards,
Dekki Iveradair
Ambassador of Celidon

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Tenebrae, in the year 450 AD.
