No matter what happens in the world, a disease is corrupting every
single place. This disease is called Neutrality. First monks of Manoa,
now city of Kinsarmar... Perhaps you all should think again about what
you are doing. Making a public statement that you are neutral and saying
that yes, there might be a few who will join, just doesn't make sense.
Either you are neutral, and keep all of your subordinate members in
place and don't let them get involved, or you take an official stance on
either side of the conflict. You cannot remain neutral with people from
your organization taking active part in the conflict.

The disease of Neutrality, which corrupts weak minds, must be stopped.
Decide what you wish to do, and remain constant in your decision.
Citizens of Kinsarmar, maybe it's time to think whether you officialy
exist, because unofficialy it sometimes appears that you don't...
