The council of Kinsarmar has met and agreed on an addition to the list
of entities not allowed within the walls of Kinsarmar. Diavolus hounds
are now on the list of loyals that are to be left outside of the gate.
Any breaking this rule will be asked to take their hound out again. Upon
refusal or a second violation of the rule results in enemying. While
some may argue that they are not demonic, they are brutal and no longer
allowed in.

Also, it should be noted that there is a noise ordinance in effect in
Kinsarmar. Any needless yelling, citizens are going to be disfavored and
non-citizens asked to leave if the order to take it to tells is ignored.
