These have been spoken before, but perhaps they need to be repeated.

The Empire of Stavenn seeks full acknowledgment that the land
surrounding our city..is in fact under the protection of us.

We are open to sharing harvesting, however, Stavenn will watch over that
and be in control of harvesting in the area. In the event that you, the
forestals wish to share harvesting then we may ask for a yearly sum to
be paid to the Empire, this is negotiable.

We can all continue on as we have, or take a more direct approach and
lay this to rest once and for all
