Greetings Aetherius,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the opening of a new shop
within the Khandava council. The shop is located by the Red Vixen
Tavern, at the entrance of Monarch Square. This shop will be placed in
auction upon the come of the new year and this auction will last for 6
months (Until the 1st of Solis). The opening bid will be of 500 000 gold
and anyone bidding must also include what they wish to sell should they
win the auction.

Every bid must be sent to me, through a message or a letter. Please bear
in mind that the highest bid will not necessarily win. Other factors are
involved, namely, the goods being sold. Any bid placed before the 1st of
Letum 454 AD or after the 1st of Solis of the same year will be
automatically rejected.

Upon the beginning of the auction, an ad will be placed to serve both as
a mean to advertise the auction and to allow people to keep track of the
highest bid. If you have any questions pertaining to this shop, feel
free to contact a member of the Caliphate.
