The Mages Guild has declared an Insatio Ceterus. This is a span of time
lasting but not limited to approximately one year during which you will
not receive portals, alchemical wares, or any other thing gleaned from
our studies unless you are a member of the Mages guild.

No Alchemy items shall be sold to any individuals or organizations
outside of the Mages for the span of this period and the use of portals
will only be given to personal friends.

Any person should go through the Leadership of the Mages if they wish to
order an alchemical ware, and can wait until our time is over until that
order is completed.
