Never have I heard something so childish...but heh...something new
happens everyday eh?
Lovely words from those of Stavenn, as usual they made little or no
sense, but I will try and address things as best I can.
First well address the Arm of Death. In my experience, your worth is
about that of the ability to swing a sword or the ability to stroke ones
own sword, beyond that you are as your Patron so eloquently mentioned,
this is paraphrased, great fodder, shite leader. Though this is more
than spoken for when you so ignorantly shun organizations for personal
dislikes of leaders, who take seat despite your best, sniveling efforts.
It is very short sighted and well, stupid to bitch, moan and otherwise
complain against an organization because of a personal rivalry. This
concept is hard for one such as you to grasp, but in this world there
are things larger than you and I. I serve something greater than myself,
you serve your best interests, just to use a quote from those of the
Empire, even the Ephors.
Sparda,
The issue at hand is much like the issue your brother, cousin or
whatever relation he is to you has. I do what is best both for Wrath,
with the blessing of the Red Maiden I might add and for Ithaqua. Having
compiled a list of enemies and crimes against the Black Pine, a majority
of those present were in fact, of the Empire of Stavenn. The only demons
that have set foot upon the icy tundra I call home, were summoned by
those of Stavenn. The only unnatural death that has befallen a villager
has been at the behest of a Stavennite. But, of course, practicality and
logical are of no use or justification to your Empire, it would harm
propaganda. If there is a sentiment of not liking Stavenn Mr. Gazali, it
is because your dogs have wandered too far from their leash.
In concordance with Ithaquan tradition, those who have wronged the Black
Pine may contact a hierophant, youll probably have the most luck with
Raife or Alesei since you all believe I am unbiased or otherwise unfair.
Luckily for you, we rarely value the twinkle of gold and will gladly
accept payment of food stuffs or totes of wood to better shield our
villagers from the depths of winter.
Regarding the shrines of Wrath, I had already heard from mouth of an
Ephor of you, that regardless of the arguments presented, my words or
any other force in this world, that the Black Jackal would not dwell
within his walls. Combine this with the lack of contact with my
position, the only thing I wished is that I could remove the shrines
myself. It is the thought of those welling in Stavenn that the Empire no
longer respects Her cause and unfortunately I would agree and so would
the flame inside my soul. I can assure you that the Black Jackal that
resides on your Imperial Parade will be relocated post haste for
somewhere more loyal, where it does not have to watch its back. Though,
I do hope it is some consolation that despite repeated acts of
disrespect, the eyes of the Black Jackal never were enveloped with the
fires of Her wrath. I believe this would quell your fears and mistrusts
for the next decade or so.
In closing, you all have disrespected the Red Maiden for over fifty
years, not from my words or memories but from Hers. This makes two
faiths which Stavenn has run off due to personal, egotistical conquests.
Given the understanding both faiths have shown, when does it cease to be
their fault and become your failing? I hope you are still familiar in
the use of mail, as I am sure to peruse any letters I do receive
regarding the Faith which I follow. If not, you can continue your
anti-wrath sentiment, which in all actuality, imitation is the most
sincere form of flattery and I thank you for that.
To the rest of the world:
Youve seen it publically over the past few days. Wrath and Stavenn due
to their apparently irreconcilable differences have decided to part
ways, despite their rich history together. I hope this will quell the
rumors from Ms. Elarien and her ilk that Wrath is a bunch of misinformed
demon worshippers. Good day to you.
