In support of a recent referendum decision made by the Hunters, the
council of Celidon immediately drops the requirement that all citizens
bound by Her laws use a mandated price list for the sale of herbs and
elixirs. It is the decision of the Emeris and her advisors that such
lists are not directly tied to the charge of protecting the Wilds. The
list will be maintained as a guide for those who wish to use it as such.

The initial development of the pricelist laws cut across the four
forestall organizations, with the hope of offering a comprehensive set
of requirements that were independent of class or residency affiliation.
With respect to the Arboreal guild, and the council of Khandava, I wish
to make clear that these bodies have chosen to adhere to the price list
at this time, and to honor their decision, Celidonian Arboreals and
Khandavan Hunters must adhere to existing guidelines.

It should also be made clear that changes in our approach to the
pricelist do not change our stance on sales to Celidon or
Celidon/Khandava enemies: You will continue to go without our gifts. In
addition, sales to residents of the city of Stavenn will continue to be
banned until such time as a resolution is reached between the city and
the forests on recent jurisdictional conflicts.
