It would seem a few people need a reminder of the laws in Celidon. As
Rivaidan posted a few months back now, our laws no longer protect those
who are not citizens, home or shop owners, Hunters, Asakii or have guest
status. However the Anti-demon law is still in full effect. Demonic
entities or Noctusari who have taken on demon form, are not welcome to
enter the Council. If you are caught bringing such beings into the
Council, you will be fined.

I should also state that entering a room in Celidon and attempting to
attack someone who is having a meeting with an Advisor is likely
something you may live to regret.
