Celidon, the Hunters and the Order of Civilization

Written by: Tarianna De'Linguilette, Eer Ethe Tathas

Addressed to: Everyone

It is truly a sad day in Aetherius when wild fasinations become sudden
cold, hard fact at the whims of those who would choose to believe them
without the proper inspection such delicate matters surely warrant. I
speak now of the recent and rather hasty stand Celidon and the Hunters
have chosen to make against my Lord and Father and His chosen. Mind you,
the decisions are a right and not I nor the Order of Lord Zanik will
bring any hostilities forward against members of either organization.

I had been positive that some time ago a post relating to the Tenets of
Lord Zanik had been presented for the masses to see, so that the world
might know of Civilization's teachings and the laws which we, as His
children, strive to live by. The purpose of doing so was to avoid what
has unfortunately come to pass despite the afforementioned efforts
taken. It is neither my intent nor desire to fuel a fire that has
already been fed, merely awaiting more kindling.

As the Eer Ethe Tathas of Civilization, or in more understandable terms,
His Mortal Voice, I come merely with the intent to state that neither
Helga nor Ovad are now, nor ever have been a follower of Lord Zanik.
Were either of them to truly upold any of the five Tenets of
Civilization, this confusion never would have presented itself. The
letter upon which all supposed evidence is based carelessly tosses
aside. The very fruit of the letter speaks of Tyranny when the first of
His tenets is Courtesy. Tell me then how that is representing our Lord?
Was it the Order or our Father's intention to seize, control or
otherwise harm Celidon, that much would have been made known ages ago.
Explain please how secretive letters presumably penned by Ovad with the
intent of reaching Helga uphold the very Integrity being one of His
instills in our beings?

The Order of Civilization finds it a sad day when such a fine Council
and Guild find it necessary to ban the practice of a religion to which
two of your very own Council Members are a part of. I only hope that one
day the world will not see this order with tunnel-vision any longer, but
rather look further into what it truly stands for.

Eer Ethe Tathas,
Tarianna De'linguilette

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Bellum, in the year 457 AD.

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
