Cessation of Conflict Agreement

This document outlines the terms of the cessation of conflict agreement
reached by the cities of Kinsarmar and Stavenn, and the Khandava and
Celidon councils, henceforth referred to as the participating
organizations.

I. Land Agreement

Heretofore, the disputed forest areas within the Ravana Hills, Modin
Valley, the Ruins of N'Aryanvella and the jungles beyond the Panda Gate
shall fall under the joint custody of the Forestal Councils and Stavenn,
as defined below. The Forestal Councils shall retain the right to
regulate all infractions related to nature, in particular
exterminations, harvesting, and unauthorized fires, both natural and
demonic in nature. The Empire of Stavenn retains the right to remove any
and all totems tuned against the organization of Stavenn as well as any
other implements of war that are clearly targetted at the Empire as a
whole rather than particular individuals.

Further, no organization shall enemy another for the sole reason of
violent conflict on the disputed land. Any conflict occurring in the
territory is to be treated as personal rather than organizational, and
is to be resolved as such. Any perceived infractions are to be brought
to the overseeing Forestal Council and the Imperial leadership, to be
resolved by mutual agreement.

II. Nonaggression Agreement

The following does not apply to members of the Celidon Council.

No aggression will be permitted by any member of the participating
organizations while within the walls of another. Any persons responsible
for such aggression will be charged with a fine of 10,000 gold
sovereigns. If this fine is not paid within two months, the offender(s)
will lose their citizenship. A second offense will result in immediate
outcitizening.

In addition to this, all members of the participating organizations are
forbidden to enter the walls of any participating organization to which
they are enemied . Offenders will be fined 10,000 gold sovereigns, to be
paid within two months of the offense. If the fine is not paid within
this time, the offender will lose his or her citizenship. If it is not
paid within four months, the offender will be enemied.

III. Payments and fines incurred

The city of Stavenn will provide the Khandava Council with 200,000 gold
sovereigns and Celidon Council with 50,000 gold sovereigns for the
purpose of rejuvenating exterminated areas. Individual citizens of
Stavenn who contributed to the extermination during the period of war
shall be exempt from the monetary fines.

IV. War Enemies

All war enemies who remain citizens of these organizations will be
unenemied, one year after the document has been signed. Those who
were enemied prior to the first formal declaration of war will retain
their enemy status.

Signed,

Nyeire Pae'ganis Tellaris, Emeris of Celidon
Wren Kith'Vahni, Erege of Kinsarmar
Sparda Gazali, Imperator of Stavenn
Shylough Xianfu, Prophetess of Khandava

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
