To take the initiative, Stavenn has begun unenemying those war enemies
from the councils of Khandava and Celidon. If you were enemied during
the conflict and not before, and have not already been unenemied.
Contact myself or Lixan Reopov, Minister of Security for Stavenn
immediately. It is our hope to have everyone from the two councils who
should be unenemied done with the next couple months. To which we will
move on to Kinsarmar and be completely finished on the date one year
from the signing of the agreement.
