Refills, Herbs and the Year of Rest

Greetings Aetherius,

This is just a post to inform those of you who are currently unaware
that the Year of Rest has been extended from last year into this year as
well. I am posting this on behalf of the Hunters and Celidon Council,
however I do believe that both Khandava Council and the Arboreal guild
have made the same decision.

During this period many people with the concoctions ability choose not
to refill even if they have the herbs. I also wish to state while that I
am here, for the people who check guild help files and ask who appears
on it for refills or herb orders, this is not an effective means of
getting these things. Several of my Secretary's and Novice aide's have
put in complaints and even considered resigning so they no longer appear
on it so they aren't harassed for refills constantly. If you are looking
for refills, check the market tells and ads or the Merchants clan not
our help file.

If anyone has any questions about the Rest or replanting, please feel
free to contact either myself, a member of the ruling council of Celidon
or one of the Hunter secretary's.

Regards,
Skye

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Fas, in the year 461 AD.
