Cessation agreement

Due to the Stavennite leadership wishing Kinsarmar to bend to their iron
fisted will and change laws, city and guild, that have been in place for
centuries involving the selling of aggressive wares (i.e. runes and
enchantments), the cessation agreement is now null and void. Kinsarmar
will not bend to any dark magick organization and change what it has
always had in place for a temporary agreement. They can kindly take a
flying leap.
