Between you and Sparda there's not a single brain cell, even the
Imperator doesn't realize that Valarauko was never an Erege, but rather
an Ephor. Geniuses both of you.

The reason Kinsarmar doesn't go flying into Stavenn is because, well,
we don't have your prolific amount of 'get out of combat free' cards.
We can't blackwind or astralform or phase past totems, guards, and
sigils of all kinds. Who can? That's right, Stavenn! This means it's
perfectly easy to go barricade themselves in some room, and astralform
50 of their closest friends. What can Kinsarmar do?

Wait for some monoliths to decay and try to portal there. Um.. right.
Real effective.

So, in the mean time, while we realize our plans to finally end the
idiocy and get a bit of peace, we kill those stupid enough to enter.
Or, more rather, beat on them until they fall back on everyone's
favorite, blackwind.
