Greetings Kinsarmar,

It has come to my attention that you have chosen to use young unenemied
probates as weapons against my city. Therefore it is with a heavy heart
that I command all Stavennite raiders to target anyone above the rank of
novice. Young have been harmed by accident in the past, and those
responsible were always personally chastised by me. However that no
longer is the case. It will be up to the Kinsarmarian guilds to educate
their young of what this means. I will make certain to keep Stavennites
informed of the current novice titles, any changes that are made in
these titles can be sent to me to make certain of such. Any deception
regarding titles will eventually lead to our youngest additions to the
realm being unnecessarily harmed. I ask you to show honour in this,
where you failed to in the original act. Furthermore, I would direct
that any non-combatants that stay north of the Merchants Circle will not
be targeted. Walk below that mark and raiders are encouraged to select
you as target. This of course does not count for those who have been
seen active in any situation.

That being said, I would like to congratulate you on your second attack
which occurred later on in the month from which I spoke of above. It was
splendid and tactful. However during which a dire mistake I made caused
my death from across the city, to mysteriously lay my corpse and gold at
the slayer's feet which technically shouldn't even be possible. I will
continue to investigate a reasonable explanation. But at the very least
I was heartened to know that the gold that was dropped was put to good
use as an Erege of Kinsarmar personally messaged me thanking my for what
he had bought with his share. While I have kept myself from raiding and
even attacking for the most part I'm afraid that such a personal insult
to me from a leader of your city is even too much for my sensibilities
to bare. Those who know of me, and who I am know that I only enter
battle when prodded, and never without cause. I had thought to play as
ambassador still, to eventually find a peaceful solution that didn't
involve a loss of face from either side. However I cannot pretend that
attacks on myself or insults specifically directed at me did not occur.

With all of that said, I wish the best of luck to all of you. If you
find yourself targeted by me, upon your return from the realm of my Lord
I ask you to bid me sincerely that you wish no harm to myself or my
city. You will never be attacked again. That is the only concession I
will give in the troubled times of war.

Glory to the Empire of Stavenn, and may peace be found at the end of our
blades. It will certainly not be found anywhere else.
