You speak strongly of hate and how things could have been so much better
if we had just given in or, at least, offered something to you. But the
fact is, we don't want to give you anything. You do not want our
friendship, you want our city and our wares. Your reasons for having
such was to place more oppression and hatred onto the anti-magick city
of Antioch with your 'alliance' and then spread your tainted ways from
there. You wanted to be welcomed and worshipped everywhere yet you never
offered friendship, just warning of what would happen if we did not bow
to you and your demands. We do not want your friendship nor your
"generous" conditions. I do not lose sleep over the fact that we are
prejudice against your city and your kind. My hatred was solidified in
this war. I warned you that every death dealt to me or my citizens
increased it and that it will be that much harder to ever gain a kind
word in my walls for you. Call me zealous or old fashioned or whatever
you wish. I was called quite a few colorful things during the war and I
don't think you could match it. Such names are just labels placed by the
ignorant, arrogant and immature.

Even if it meant allying with those that would reject my skills from
their streets, I was going to fight you. I respect their ways. They only
seek to preserve what is right for them...not push or force what they
believe onto others through violence and grief. I thanked them openly
and do so again for the aide they offered to me in a time of need.

But, you have your own little group of rogue lorekeepers now. You have
the wares that you wished for partly. I imagine they will do all the
bowing and scraping you want them to because they are just that pathetic
and weak. I also imagine when you get tired of having what you do and
seek to have more, I'll be seeing you again on the field of battle. And
if you manage to claim a few more of my pretty heads to truly brighten
up your streets, you'll see me looking at you all the time and my eyes
will always see you as nothing more than a monster that ever seeks to
gain what is not rightfully his, just like a common theif, just like the
Horde.
