XP Event

Greetings all,

Please be aware that Kinsarmarian law will still be in effect for the
duration of this XP event. Some people seem to have chosen to treat this
time as a sort of anarchy, but I seem to doubt that the Divine or Celani
intended it to be viewed as such.

As a result, we will not be suspending our laws for this event. Please
respect them as you would at any other time.
