Time of Change

Those of the South,

As you all must have already known, the Ironwood Confluence has been
investigating the phenomenon known as magick within our world for quite
some time. Today, I am before you as the Dark Savant of the Confluence
and the Wildgraf of the village of Ithaqua to announce a startling
discovery for those of the Confluence and a turning point for the
village itself.

On this day, the 14th of Naturalis of the year 465 AD, the village of
Ithaqua, guided by the reasoning of the Confluence of Scholars, declares
the arts of Necromancy, Thespia and Artistry to be of magickal origin.

As such, by our traditions, all those who rely upon the crutch of magick
and all practices of magickal origin shall be denied a home within the
frozen north. Those villagers who remain citizens at this time have
three months to put their affairs in order and make decisions to stay or
to find a new home within the southern lands. After this time, those
villagers who have not elected to leave freely will be cast out.

Consider yourselves informed.
-Wildgraf
