This last month, Ssarlia and Veria convinced a novice citizen of mine to
eat poisoned food, while masked. They also threatened him repeatedly, so
due to there behavior, they were to both be enemied, and Masks, unless
on a citizen, are no longer legal. If your guild feels like informing me
of who has been poisoning food in Antioch for the last few decades, and
who did it this month, then I'll reconsider this ban.
