Greetings Everyone,

Due to misinformation from different parties I would like to reiterate
the laws that we have in Celidon in regards to non-citizens. Those who
are not citizens of Celidon are not protected by our laws unless they
are Hunters, Shop owners, and Home owners. Our laws are located at the
entrance of the council if you care to review them.

I would also like to state that should you have a problem that occurs
within Celidon that requires our attention, going to the Hunter's Guild
does not take care of your problem as we are two separate entities.
Celidon cannot fix a problem if you do not make us aware of your
grievance.
