Greetings Aetherius,

I have taken on the role of Imperator of Stavenn, after a chaotic
transition in the ruling council. It is my hope that my ascension will
bring an end to any discontent within the Empire, so that we may
concentrate on the future.

However, one man who should be standing with me to build that future is
not. Instead he stands against the Empire, so it is on this day that I
condemn him.

Juganothion.

We were never friends, allies perhaps...but never friends. However I
have always held the greatest respect for you, until just this last
while. You attempted to intimidate your way into the Imperator's seat,
and when it failed you took actions that went against your own edict
made previously the month before and were disfavoured for it. You've
left originally, and rejoined the Empire, only to leave it again. You
made a mockery of Stavenn, and the seriousness of the recent situation
in a public post. Spinning a tale from half truths you gained through
gossip where a trial to find the truth of the matter was in the midst of
being arranged. You slandered the names of respectable citizens and
leadership, and declared for all to see what your regard for the Empire
truly is. It has only ever been something serve your own needs, and is
of no use to you when it does not.

The greater one's stature in Stavenn, the greater the crime, the greater
the punishment. Even having left the Empire, you held a great respect
within it. You held the position of Mortificare, in the Diavlous a
powerful position. However, no longer.

Juganothion, I am sending you into exile as a true traitor of the
Empire. You will be stripped of your rank and position in the Diavlous,
and enemied for no less than 15 years to which an Ephor vote will be
required to release you of this status.

You may deny your crimes, or even accuse your brother of conspiracy. I
could care less, as I am well aware of what you have and have not done
as I am the one who took the time to investigate your guilt.
