Cultural Profiling

Kinsarmar. The Fortress of the Northern Highlands. The Fortress without
Justice.

A few days ago, I was visiting Kinsarmar, and found myself being asked
to leave along with the threat of being enemied if I didn't. To me, it
was confusing as I hadn't broken any law, unless the serpents were made
citizens since my last visit. I asked Anarion, my accuser, and he said
that Ithaquans were not allowed within the purple walls. With no
intention of conflict, I left the city.

As it turns out, Ithaquans are being culturally profiled because ONE
Ithaquan attacked Kinsarmar with the Antiochans. This one Ithaquan, a
friend of mine, is a known enemy of Kinsarmar, but Ithaquans were
singled out. Last I checked, the village as a whole had made no
aggressive actions toward Kinsarmar. Yet here we are, being left out
because of our citizenship.

Kinsarmar, Is Ithaqua really your enemy? Was it your intention to
discriminate against an entire culture based on the actions of one man?
Do you wish to risk gaining another enemy?

Anarion, I would like you to remember your words and ask yourself these
questions. If you were in my place, I believe that you'd feel similar.

And so you know, I do not speak for the entire village on this matter.
Seeking reason and Justice, I speak on my behalf. Lorccan acted on his
behalf. If others feel the same, so be it.
