To all xiur in the land:

I find time to write this after finally challenging and defeating the
leader of the xiur encampment near Khandava, finding some pity for those
that live in his company. Because of a string of insults the men of that
encampment made, and because of the lack of flavor in their blood, I
make a declaration to the xiur of the realm, here and now.

Any male, young or old, that does not bow their head and turn their eyes
from my gaze will be slaughtered. Bring yourselves to humility or seek
me in person, the issue will be settled. Arm yourselves well, I am not
forgiving.

I will not tolerate being told I'm inferior due to my race and family.
