It was discussed to have a ceremony to remember Olivet's memory but it
seems that the way things are, that will not be possible for some time.
So, I wanted to state a few things in her memory since times such as
these always bring thoughts of her to mind for me.

My aunt Olivet was an amazing woman with a kind heart. She was Summer's
Voice with a smile to match that could warm your soul when you were sad
or upset. Her wisdom and advice was invaluable and much sought after by
those, like myself, who needed a strong, intelligent word to bouy them
through the storms of life.

She always has this amazing ability to win over those that would
otherwise be obstinant and wary of her. So many were drawn to her and
she shined brightly even in the moments where she may have felt she
failed.

Always did she give of herself, sacrificing time, effort, and sometimes
her life to keep that which she saw as precious safe and well. She was
unselfish with her talents and love, giving to so many.

She walks with Father now after succumbing to an illness that plagued
her once before and weakened her. She told me before she left though
that she'd always be with me and those that she loved; watching over
them and wordlessly guiding them with the gentle hand she always used
before.

I love Olivet still in my heart and though I can never be the amazing
person she was, and I have tried because I held her in awe and a form of
wide-eyed worship of a sort, I know that her memory still continues in
the hearts of those that loved her as much, if not more, as I.
