The dwarven stonemasons and the road they have recently built through
the Bardosi plains are now under the protection of Civilization. Any
actions taken against the existing road or the stonemasons themselves
without prior agreement by our Order will be recognized as an offense to
Lord Zanik Himself.

I am aware of the complication of the shrine to Lady Asaka by which this
road passes, and I am not unreasonable. Those who are concerned about
this matter are welcome to discuss it with me so that we may find a
mutual, peaceful solution.

I apologize personally to any who are distressed by this matter, but I
must insist that this matter be mediated properly before it gets out of
control.
