Kinsarmar

From this moment on, under no circumstance can -any- Stavenn citizen
attack or kill any citizen of Kinsarmar. If any citizen of Stavenn is to
break this law, they will humiliated by a public vivisection performed
by myself. Stavenn is putting forth this law in hopes of repairing many
years of damaged relations with Kinsarmar, and expects nothing formal in
return. This law will be -strictly- enforced, and there will be no
expections.
