On 20th day of Letum, in the year 473 AD. My intended wife, was cornered
in the Ruins of Caanae and her assailant proceeded to beat, threaten and
rape her. Shortly after I killed him within his own City, this coward is
Egan, a member of the S'Sylistha bloodline, and a Malignist. I contacted
both Alakshmi and Jazyra as to his crimes, and not being in the best of
moods, I proceeded to question them on their association with such
people. Both seemed unphased at the crime, and I pondered seeing them
both in the same situation. Unable to help themselves as a man
forcefully enters them, and satiates himself upon their unwilling
bodies. Both rejected his crimes and called me a liar, as I have been
with Ariana for the best part of ten years, we have a great trust of
each other and from her physical state I couldn't deny the facts infront
of my eyes.
So I am here, writing to you to let you know what scum the city of
Stavenn protects. Rape is the worst of all crimes, it damages the body
and the mind, I for one will not allow this man to walk safely anywhere.
Men, imagine this act was committed to your own loved ones, perhaps your
daughter, or your wife, surely no punishment would be too small for the
cur. Ladies put yourself in her place, the feel of the disgusting
creature above you, holding you down and violating you in the most
intimate of ways. So I call upon you all to ensure his life is a mere
fraction of the terror he caused to a young, vulnerable woman. In my
time here I have not come upon a similar crime, and so the punishment
will be difficult to define, I hope that even Stavenn would be hard
pushed to deny such a damaging breach of basic human rights.
