Apology

Written by: Grunthor d'Treune-Cridhe
Date: Tuesday, September 20th, 2005
Addressed to: Everyone

This is my sincere apology to you, Jazyra for the threats that I gave
you to. I have come to realise that even though my reasons for the
threat were solid to me, and the outcome of it was as I predicted, and
used it to my advantage, in doing so I put a great strain on my family.
For them, I will feel regret over my actions.

This is not an apology for killing Egan, who if he ever decides to leave
the safety of his city will feel the caress of my glaive as I ram it
through into his yellow stomach. Those of you in Stavenn who don't wish
to have another enemy at your gate, cast him out and I will not begin my
plans to hinder your city. Even this stupid Kohdon can see your
weaknesses, see the ones that your great leaders cannot defend against.

Alakshmi, you are a pathetic woman without the wit to follow her leaders
advice, and without the intelligence to at least present a united front
against a common enemy. From my time of observing Stavenn, and I have
done so for many years. You are your own worst enemies and women like
this will always hinder your progress, though I have no love for your
city and your ways, I am always disappointed to see what would be a
worthy enemy spoil themselves, rather than provide more sport for us of
the North.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Fas, in the year 473 AD.
