To whom it may concern,

The council of Celidon does not condone the lassoing and breaking of
animals as it requires the beating and abuse of the animal being
targeted, and will remove it from its home against its will. We do,
however, support befriending by Hunters or Arboreals as a humane
alternative for those who seek to have an animal companion and will
undertake to provide good care to it. We also condemn anyone who seeks
to have a companion and then does not look after or abuses it, and
anyone seen doing such will be dealt with harshly. Taming is
specifically banned within the grounds of Celidon council.
