Before Neotaku gets his panties further in a wad, I'll reconfirm
Stavenn's extermination policies.

Nobody is to exterminate under their own conditions, and extermination
is only done without punishment if it is a citywide, or guildwide
decision to do so. As I know myself, Stavenn has not condoned said
exterminations and any exterminations done are punishable at a city
level. Meaning, in simple terms, if extermination is done, let me know
and it will be addressed.

Now, until people learn to consult the official leaders of
organizations, and cities, keep the whining to a minimum please. If you
